Volt is hiring immediately for General Laborers at 3M in Brownwood, TX .

• Performs all quality checks in accordance with applicable procedures
• Responsible for assisting machine operators
• Loading and unloading

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
• Must be comfortable with standing / working 8-12 hours per day
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be available to work overtime on occasion
• Previous assembly / warehouse experience is a PLUS

Pay rate : $13.50 per hour (Day shift) and $14.00 per hour (2nd and 3rd shift)

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
